So now your questioning my motives and therefore my character. TO BE HONEST, WHICH, BY THE WAY, I ALWAYS TRY TO BE, I didn't even consider a distributorship and therefore did not buy anything, especially since I haven't even tried it yet myself nor am I in the business of selling any supplement.
Dr Briggs are you controlled by the pharmaceutical industry because you prescribe drugs? Do you consider anything wrong in prescribing drugs which you consider may be of benefit? How many people have developed problems more severe than their original problem because you've prescribed drugs? How many people under your care have died recently because of unknown or unadvertised drug side effects or interactions? Do we blame you or do we assume that you are doing the best you can with your current state of knowledge?
I think most of us, including myself, would assume that you and the majority of doctors are doing the best they can to care for their patients. While the final responsibility for health care should remain with each individual, with doctors being the prime consultant, personally I'd like to see doctors held more accountable for the effectiveness and actual health results of the drugs they prescribe. So why would you assume that I was out to deceive anyone; if you check out my web site you will see that I'm very open with what I'm doing in an attempt to help myself and possibly help others. One last word on Immunocal/HMS-90...while it certainly being offered by way of MLM, that in and of itself doesn't make it a scam.
Try doing a little research to see how the medical profession is actually using it to improve the condition of very sick people. In addition, with 18 years of research behind it by medical professionals at a prominent medical university (McGill) it certainly can't be regarded as "snake oil" or a scam; it isn't being offered as any kind of cure but it does seem to help and is supported by numerous research studies which are easily located (I virtually tripped over a few when I was doing research in an another area but discarded them because I wasn't interested at the time).

Malcolm,
I don't think you are dumb at all. That's why I was so disappointed. As far
as being a Canadian idea, I didn't know that. MLM scams are everywhere, and
Canada is not immune to them. So be honest with us. Did they sell you a "distributorship"
as well ?
